Kristen Elizabeth Babb-Sprague (born July 29, 1968 in Walnut Creek, California) is an American competitor in synchronized swimming and Olympic champion.1

She won gold medal in Solo synchronized swimming at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, after a scoring scandal.2 Fourteen months later Sylvie Fréchette was awarded a belated gold medal by the International Swimming Federation, while Babb-Sprague was allowed to retain her medal.2

Her husband is former Major League Baseball player Ed Sprague.

Sprague is involved with the Canadian production company, Rocco's Jobbers.
