Tokuro Fujiwara (藤原 得郎 Fujiwara Tokuro), sometime credited as Professor F or Arthur King (A.K.), is a Japanese video game designer for Capcom and is best known for creating the Ghosts 'n Goblins and Mega Man series. He worked as the general manager of the Capcom Consumer Division from 1989 to 1996. After working at Capcom for thirteen years, he left the company to form his own studio, Whoopee Camp, where he would serve as the director of Tomba! game.
